In an international competition honoring excellence in web creativity and digital communication, Southern California based Talent Evolution takes home a Platinum dotCOMM Award for Rebuild SoCal’s Careers in Construction video developed for Southern California Partnership for Jobs.

The Southern California Partnership for Jobs (SCPFJ) is a partnership between organized labor and construction management that represents more than 2,500 construction firms that employ more than 86,000 union workers in the 12 counties of Southern California.
As part of their #RebuildSoCal Project, SCPFJ teamed with Talent Evolution to create an informative video about the union apprenticeship training program in the Los Angeles Unified School District. With decades worth of work in construction available in Southern California, it is important for younger people to get the proper training to start a career.
Talent Evolution directed a splashy and eye-catching video to deliver this important message in a way the target audience of tech-savvy teenagers expects from multimedia today. The award-winning video showcases career opportunities and the benefits of a position in engineering and construction as well as insight on how to apply for the program.
