For more than 13 years, Smith has been immersed in business development, strategic account management, and leadership in the talent management industry. As CEO at Talent Evolution, Smith focuses on developing and expanding services that help businesses establish a healthy and competitive presence in the social media and networking realms.

Prior to co-founding Talent Evolution, Smith drove business growth for Monster Worldwide by selling Internet recruitment solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. He rose quickly through the ranks at Monster and rounded out his career there as a regional vice president. In business development roles at Monster and two other leading talent management solution companies, Vurv Technology and iCIMS, Smith generated over $17 million in combined revenues establishing him as a sales performance leader. Over the course of his career, Smith has shown Fortune 1000 companies how to leverage technology to better manage recruiting efforts and enhance overall performance. He has designed comprehensive strategies to effectively utilize online, social networking, and traditional recruiting methods to garner talent and, he has provided the guidance needed to develop and expand the corporate competitive edge in the human capital and talent management marketplace.
